What do you need for a After Summer Punch?
(recipe for 4 persons)
4 bottle of wheat beer
20 raspberries
2 limes
Triple sec (2 parts)
1 part = 30 ml
How do you make a After Summer Punch?
We are going serve this punch in a jug. Make sure you have a large jug that can easily fit 4 bottles of beer. To make the punch we have to blend the raspberries. So take out your blender and put the raspberries in there. Make sure you keep a few raspberries to garnish the glasses with. Add some triple sec and lime juice of 2 limes also into the blender. Give it a good blend and blend it until it is smooth. Strain this into the jug so you don’t get the seeds in there as well. Fill up the jug halfway with ice cubes and now add the 4 bottle of wheat beer. Give it a small stir and it’s ready to serve. It would be nice if you have small wine glasses to serve the after summer punch in. That would suit the taste well. Garnish the glasses with some fresh raspberries and tadaa..!
