The Blue Gin Delight is the little brother of the Original Tom Colins. It's a good Gin cocktail with a nice blue color. If you want to variate with your cocktails for once this is a good one to try!
What do you need for a Blue Gin Delight?
Blue curacao (1/2 part)
Old Tom Gin (1 part)
Lemon juice (fresh juice of half a lemon)
Sparkling water (2 parts)
Cocktail cherry
Slice of lemon
1 part = 30 ml
How do you make a Blue Gin Delight?
For this cocktail we are going to use a long drink glass. Fill up the glass with ice cubes. Now squeeze out fresh lemon juice from the lemon straight into the glass. Make sure you don’t get any lemon seeds in the glass. Bow add the gin and blue curacao into the glass. Top it of with sparkling water. As finishing touch we are going to use a cocktail cherry and slice of lemon for garnish. Now serve your pretty gin cocktail!
