I had some mascarpone leftover from the Limoncello Tiramisu Martini i made the other day. And because that was such a good cocktail I also wanted to make the classic tiramisu martini. This one we've made with amaretto, mascarpone, melk and cacao powder. I can recommend this if you want to variate with your dessert for ones.

What do you need for a Tiramisu Martini?

Amaretto (1,5 part)
Mascarpone (1,5 spoon)
Milk (1 part)
Garnish: cacaopoeder
Chocolate decoration sauce

1 part = 30 ml

How do you make a Tiramisu Martini?

We will be needing martini glasses for this cocktail. Start with chilling the glasses in the freezer. The glasses have to be cold to make the decoration stick to the glass. For the cocktail we also will be needing a blender. Add the amaretto, milk and mascapone to the blender. Blend it till it’s a smooth substance. Now take the glass out of the freezer and decorate it with some chocolate sauce. Pour out the cocktail into glass and garnish it with some cacao powder for the true tiramisu feeling.
