We've already seen a few variations on the regular Caipirinha. First the Caipirinha Fresa, then the Caipirinha Passion. Another variation, a nice one, is a Caipirinha 43. You can guess, not so secret ingredient being Licor 43. Let yourself be surprised by the smooth and temperamental flavor of the Licor 43.
What do you need for a Caipirinha 43?
Licor 43 (1 parts)
Cachaca (1 part)
Lime (1 lime)
Crushed ice
1 part = 30 ml
How do you make a Caipirinha 43?
We are going to make this cocktail straight into the glass, so we don’t be needing a shaker. Get your caipirinha glass ready. First cut up the lime in 4 small parts. Add 3 of them to the glass. We won’t be using monin, sugar syrup or cane sugar because the licor 43 is very sweet already. Muddle the lime. Then add the cachaca and licor 43 to your glass. Give it a small stir. Then fill up the glass to the top with crushed ice. Give it a small stir again. Garnish the Caipirinha 43 with a lime part.
